Want to know where I've been????
Hey everybody!
I know it has been a while, about 7 months, and I am so very sorry for my absence! November 2010 was a difficult month for me, as I lost my grandfather, he was actually the only father I really had, since my biological father wasn't around much before he finally left for good. After losing my grandpa, I was able to reconnect to my family, on my mothers side. Being with my family was top priority.
Over the year 2011, I actually had a heart attack. I had a family member move into our other property, next door, and it was a mess, and we also had a roommate in our home at the same time. My husband continued school throughout everything, and eventually we got to back to just the two of us. I ended up having a BAD MS flareup. I broke my wrist. And Nov 2011 I was hospitalized for a sudden, dangerous, drop in my blood pressure, and I spent about a week in the ICU getting adrenaline pumped into my neck via a pick line just to stay alive.
Come December 23rd my father-in-law had a stoke and a grand mal seizure. This is something we are all, my husband and his parents along with myself, still dealing with. Their home needed, and still needs a lot of work done to make ensure he is safe and can get where he needs to go without any problems. The majority of the work has been done, thankfully, but I will still be going there to sit for a couple hours everyday to lend my mother-in-law a hand. They also have nurses coming in, but there are some things they prefer be done by my husband or myself. I wish, at least, one of my brother-in-laws lived close to help as well, but all they have is us.
Sorry for such a long explanation, but I felt all of you deserved to know. THANK YOU to all that stayed subscribed to my blog, I know a lot of fans are no longer following, but as long as I get back to designing I am confident some of them will find their way back :)
